Why we built this
Indian HR compliance is notoriously complex. Between PF at 12%, ESI thresholds, state-specific Professional Tax slabs, and the Code on Wages' 50% Basic rule, small businesses and independent HR professionals spend hours on spreadsheets.
Worse, the existing tools fall into two extremes: either expensive enterprise HRMS software, or shady free online calculators that silently upload your employees' salary data to external servers to sell ads or leads.
The Client-Side Promise
Docketry was built to solve both problems. We provide a focused suite of 8 essential compliance tools that run entirely in your web browser.
When you enter a salary figure or an employee's name into our Salary Slip Generator, that data is processed via JavaScript directly on your device. It never touches our servers. You click download, you get your PDF, and you close the tab. Your data remains yours.
