1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not access the Service.
2. Subscriptions and Free Tier
Docketry operates on a Freemium model:
- Free Tier: Users are granted up to 3 document generations per calendar month. These documents will bear a "Generated by Docketry" watermark. Attempting to bypass these limits via automated scripting will result in an IP ban.
- Pro Tier: Paid subscriptions grant unlimited generation and remove all watermarks. Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled prior to the renewal date.
3. Disclaimer of Legal Advice
Docketry is a software tool, not a law firm. The document templates, calculators, and legal frameworks provided within the software are for informational and structural purposes only.
We do not guarantee that any generated document complies with local, state, or federal laws applicable to your specific jurisdiction. You are solely responsible for ensuring the legal validity and compliance of the documents you generate and issue.
4. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall Docketry, nor its directors, employees, or partners, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the generated documents or the Service.
5. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. We will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any material changes taking effect for paid subscribers.
